Waterside at Bay Beach is a gated community with the added protection of a 24-hour gate attendant, 365 days a year. Each Waterside Tower is protected by a secured lobby entrance.

Owners may grant building access to visitors and delivery personnel by utilizing the telephone entry system available outside the lobby entrance. The telephone entry system is also equipped with a camera to provide owners with a visual image of their visitors.
