Melissa Floyd Sales Director/Broker Associate
Originally from Michigan, Melissa moved to Florida in 1996 after graduating from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree. She later earned a Masters Degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers.
Her real estate related accomplishments include being consistently named the Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer in sales and earned several superior real estate performance and customer service awards. Melissa has also served as Area Sales Manager for a national Fortune 500 real estate developer.
Melissa is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Women’s Council of Realtor’s, Collier County Building Industry Association Sales and Marketing Council, Gulf Coast Runners and Sigma Kappa Alumnae Association.

Veronique Pascual Sales Associate
Originally from Montpellier, France, Veronique relocated to Naples from California in 1992. A graduate of both the University of Montpellier and the University of California, Santa Cruz, she has a master's degree in English and American studies.
Veronique has been a sales associate at Waterside for 13 years, has more than 19 years of real estate sales experience, including 16 years in Lee and Collier counties. Before joining Waterside, she was associated with the Naples communities of Quail West Country Club and Sterling Oaks.
A member of Lee County Board of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors, Veronique is a four-time winner of a National Association of Home Builders Award, a four-time winner of a Lee Building Industry Association Platinum Pinnacle Award and a two-time recipient of its Sales Person of the Year Pinnacle Award.

Barbara Mezeske Broker Associate, GRI
A native of Muskegon, Michigan, Barbara received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan.
Prior to her real estate career, Barbara served as the Vice-President of a manufacturing firm in Muskegon, MI, a Court Reporter for Collier County, FL and a Flight Attendant for American Airlines in Dallas, TX.
Barbara is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Fort Myers Area Board of Realtors, the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce, Notary Public for the State of Florida, a member of the National Corvette Preservation Museum, and past President of The Pilot Club of Fort Myers Beach. She is a recipient of many numerous sales awards, a Designated E-Agent, a Graduate Realtor Institute designation, and is licensed in Michigan and Florida.

Kelly Cooley Sales Associate
A true native of Florida! Originally from Sarasota, Kelly grew up in Venice. She attended Santé Fe Community College and the University of Florida in Gainesville (Go Gators) and is completing her bachelors degree in 2010 at the University of Phoenix. She relocated to Naples from Los Angeles in 2000 to be closer to family and start her real estate career.
Before joining Waterside, Kelly was associated with several builders/developers working with groups of investors to purchase investment property in Southwest Florida. Using creative financing methods and internet advertising she became a multimillion dollar producing sales agent 4 years in a row. She has built several real estate portfolios since then for clients and in her best year produced over 25 Million in sales. In the downturn of the economy Kelly focused mainly on the short sale and foreclosure market with her active investors and is consistently able to meet or exceed sales goals regardless of market conditions. Kelly has more than 10 years of real estate experience in Southwest Florida and has won many top producer awards. Specializing mostly in residential, she also handles most all aspects of real estate services from commercial leasing and sales, raw land, luxury waterfront condos, homes and more!
